At the heart level, we are invited to enjoy the calm around us to recharge and experience a manifest life that is gentler and more harmonious, in which we feel well.
How can I enjoy the calm to recharge myself?
At the body level, we are invited to move to the next stage of our life by gradually separating from objects, places, or people that no longer correspond to us, in order to embody the values that make our strength: forgiveness, acceptance, fairness, and compassion.
How can I part with what no longer suits me in my life?
At the soul level, we are invited to move forward with confidence and determination on our life path, knowing that we have found our inner unity and that we will be able to enjoy the benefits arising from respecting our true nature.
How can I move forward with determination on the path of my fulfillment?
At the mind level, we are invited to embody the result of our inner work in order to share our wisdom with tact and subtlety. It is a fine opportunity to let go of control, to honor our individuality as well as that of others.

Putting into practice
To help us detach from our expectations, we are invited to honor the path that has brought us to where we are today, using authenticity to help us center ourselves in our truth. This will allow us to recharge by appreciating the calm around us today and to use our discernment to identify what works and what no longer works in our life, so as to determine our essentials, eliminate the superfluous, and nurture what truly suits us, in order to move forward with clarity and determination on our path of growth, using our personal wisdom to make aligned choices that will allow us to express our truth smoothly.
Tutorial
To put into practice the advice offered in the holistic guidance, you can start by obtaining the Integral Mastery Journal 2026, a blank notebook or a voice recorder to follow the exercises, and if you wish to have an overall view of the energies of the coming year, you can also accompany them with the Integral Mastery Guidance 2026. Once this is done, you can follow this tutorial to fill in the integral mastery journal and put into practice the exercises proposed below:
- Start by filling in the Monthly Guidance sheet, noting the summary of the month and the week, indicated at the top of this article or in the integral mastery guidance 2026.
- Then fill in the Weekly Guidance sheet based on the information provided in this article, for each life plane: heart, body, soul, mind. Summarize in the "Integral Balance" entry using the information provided for each plane.
- Once this is done, fill in the Mastery Tracking sheet, first noting in the first entry "Questions" the questions that resonate most with you in this article, or those that came to mind while reading.
- In the second entry "Inspirations", note the actions and ideas that the article inspires you to accomplish or implement in your life to answer these questions.
- In the third entry "Action Plan", note a list of simple actions you will be able to put in place in your life to develop your level of personal mastery based on the exercises proposed below.
- During the week, practice as often as possible and note your results in the "Discoveries" entry, in the "Note" page available at the end of each week, or in a separate notebook.
- Finally, when you feel satisfied with the work accomplished, note in the "Summary" entry what you take away from this work.
Exercises
During the week, you will be invited to develop your level of mastery and your level of awareness through the proposals that life will bring to your path. By following the integral mastery guidance and the exercises proposed below, you will be able to face your path of growth consciously, develop your innate talents, support your weaknesses, and develop your strengths to nourish your balance daily.
At the heart and soul level, you can start by noting in a notebook what causes you stress and what makes you feel good, then during the week, when you feel pressure, heaviness, or a feeling of anxiety, intentionally choose to recenter yourself by taking 5 to 10 minutes for yourself using your list to help choose an activity that makes you feel good. Express your need for rest out loud, then make an agreement with yourself allowing you to honor your needs. Perform this small ritual as often as you feel the need, lengthen the breaks, and adjust the activities according to your life circumstances to create a practice of intentional well-being in your daily life, which will help you develop your self-confidence.
Right now, I feel [describe your feelings: stress, anxiety, pressure, discomfort], I need to take a moment to recharge and find my center. I will take [Set a limit: 5, 10, or 15 minutes] to [Describe the activity that makes you feel good: a nap, a break in the sun, having tea] and regain my calm, so I can return to my daily tasks serenely. I trust myself!
At the body and mind level, you can make a list of habits, relationships, objects, dynamics, or ways of thinking that no longer suit you, in order to free yourself from them. To help you take action, think back to your past and observe how much you have evolved, identify in what ways you naturally prefer to set aside what no longer suits you, honor your personal rhythm, and choose to do things simply, to let new things enter your life little by little.

Based on this information, how can I remove from my life what does not suit me to make room for what I want to live daily [answer by making a simple list, with a clear action plan that you can put in place this week].
Use the questions proposed above to meditate on your needs and the best way to express them while honoring your nature, your truth, and your current capacity, then take action by taking your time and showing discernment. Finally, note your results in the "Summary" entry of your mastery journal, then continue your work in the following weeks.
