Taking a Step Back
This week, we are invited to let go of any emotional attachment that connects us to a painful past, focusing our attention on the present moment to gently honor our loving heart.
At the heart level, we are invited to take stock of our life to identify what no longer works, to digest what disturbs us, so we can focus on what we truly want to live and feel.
How can I digest my past emotions to move forward?
At the body level, we are invited to focus on our achievements and respect our personal rhythm, to detach from the need to compare ourselves to others, and to face life’s challenges with confidence.
How can I celebrate myself to let go of the need to compare myself to others?
At the soul level, we are invited to deepen our relationship with life through self-knowledge, accepting that the transformations we have experienced in the past serve our evolution constructively, even today.
How can I use the lessons from my past to evolve?
At the mind level, we are invited to embrace our personal mastery as the most convincing result of our inner work, made manifest through our new state of being.

Practical Application
To preserve our energy from conflicts, using irony to detach from external judgments, we will be able to create healthier relational dynamics based on the loving relationship we maintain with ourselves. By identifying what disturbs us to digest it and focus on what we want to experience, we stop accepting the unacceptable and truly live a life of peace and love in our daily lives. By honoring our personal rhythm to deepen our self-knowledge, we will be able to enjoy at every moment the result of our inner work, which has led us to our current personal mastery that we can intentionally apply.
Tutorial
To put the advice offered in the holistic guidance into practice, you can start by getting the Integral Mastery Journal 2026, a blank notebook, a binder, or a voice recorder to follow the exercises. If you want an overall view of the energies for the coming year, you can also pair it with the Integral Mastery Guidance 2026. Once you have these, you can follow the tutorial below to fill out the Integral Mastery Journal and practice the exercises offered further down; you can fill the journal by following the entries one after another or work on the themes randomly using the blank sheets available at the end of the mastery journal.
- Start by filling out the Monthly Guidance sheet, noting the summary of the month and week indicated at the top of this article or in the Integral Mastery Guidance 2026.
- Then fill out the Weekly Guidance sheet using the information provided in this article for each life plane: heart, body, soul, mind. Summarize in the "Integral Balance" entry using the information provided for each plane.
- Once done, fill out the Mastery Tracking sheet, first noting in the "Questions" entry the questions that resonate most with you in this article or those that came to mind while reading.
- In the second entry "Inspirations", note the actions and ideas the article inspires you to accomplish or implement in your life to address these questions.
- In the third entry "Action Plan", list simple actions you can implement in your life to develop your level of personal mastery based on the exercises offered below.
- During the week, practice as often as possible and note your results in the "Discoveries" entry, in the "Note" page available at the end of each week, or in a separate notebook.
- Finally, when you feel satisfied with the work accomplished, note in the "Summary" entry what you take away from this work.
Exercises
During the week, you will be invited to develop your level of mastery and consciousness through the opportunities life brings your way. By following the integral mastery guidance and the exercises proposed below, you will be able to consciously face your path of evolution, develop your innate talents, support your weaknesses, and strengthen your strengths to nourish your daily balance.
At the heart and body level, you can identify what no longer works for you in your life by accepting to feel all your emotions as they arise, bringing you closer to what is right, healthy, and safe for you, while listening to your intuition to honor and protect your personal integrity. To do this, you can say the following affirmation to help yourself:
When I feel discomfort, fear, or anger, it is information indicating that my boundaries have been crossed or that I feel in danger. When this happens, I can face it calmly and with discernment, to move away from danger by consciously approaching what I know is right and good for me, asking myself: "Where is my safety right now?" Once in this safe space, I can relax and take stock of what happened to better position myself in the future.
At the soul and mind level, you can deepen your self-knowledge and enjoy the mastery you have acquired by taking time to celebrate your successes, acknowledging out loud how you have progressed, using the following affirmation:
I am proud of myself; I managed to move away from a dangerous or uncomfortable situation that threatened my personal integrity. I recognized something negative for me and, despite fear, I succeeded in putting myself in safety. For that, I am grateful. I congratulate myself for my wonderful work, which I am pleased to put into action in my life starting today.
Use the suggestions above to meditate on your needs and the best way to express them while honoring your nature, truth, and current capacity, then take action at your own pace and with discernment. Note your results in the "Summary" entry of the mastery tracking sheet and continue your work in the following weeks.
