This month, we are invited to passionately honor the place we currently hold, focusing our attention on the positive impact we already have on those immediately around us, in our humble way.

Making Space

This week, we are invited to calmly appreciate our life by learning to trust our nature in managing our desires and passions; it is a wonderful opportunity to freely and confidently offer our light to those around us.

At the level of the heart, we are invited to listen to and express our emotions as soon as we feel the need, adapting our expression to our current emotional capacity, in order to be honest with ourselves without hiding.

How can I express my emotions honestly?

At the level of the body, we are invited to lovingly accept our inability to fully love ourselves as we are, in order to give ourselves the space to breathe freely in our life, detaching from the need to constantly change.

How can I accept not being able to accept myself?

At the level of the soul, we are invited to recharge, to take a pause, and to sort through our life, in order to repair what can be mended and remove what no longer works, preparing ourselves consciously for the return of spring.

How can I recharge by making space in my life?

At the level of the mind, we are invited to take stock of our life, to identify what has worked in the past and what has not, so as to determine a plan of action to reach a new reality, based on our daily habits.

How can I grow in my life from the wisdom I have gained?

Putting into Practice

To fully appreciate the place we hold, we are invited to trust our abilities so as to share the passion within us smoothly. To do this, we are invited to pay attention to what is ending in our life, in order to honor our feelings about our successes and failures, giving ourselves the space to breathe, to be human, fallible or imperfect. It is an invitation to recharge, to let go of what no longer works or what is outdated in our life, so as to design a clear plan of action on healthy foundations that will allow us to actively reach new goals, thanks to the regained clarity that will then accompany us.

Tutorial

To put into practice the advice offered in the holistic guidance, you can start by obtaining the Integral Mastery Journal 2026, a blank notebook or a voice recorder to follow the exercises, and if you wish to have an overall view of the energies of the coming year, you can also accompany them with the Integral Mastery Guidance 2026. Once this is done, you can follow this tutorial to fill in the integral mastery journal and put into practice the exercises proposed below:

  • Start by filling in the Monthly Guidance sheet, noting the summary of the month and the week, indicated at the top of this article or in the integral mastery guidance 2026.
  • Then fill in the Weekly Guidance sheet using the information provided in this article, for each life plane: heart, body, soul, mind. Summarize in the entry "Integral Balance" using the information provided for each plane.
  • Once this is done, fill in the Mastery Tracking sheet, first noting in the first entry "Questions" the questions that resonate most with you in this article, or those that came to mind while reading.
  • In the second entry "Inspirations", note the actions and ideas the article inspires you to carry out or implement in your life to answer these questions.
  • In the third entry "Action Plan", note a list of simple actions you will be able to put in place in your life to develop your level of personal mastery based on the exercises proposed below.
  • During the week, practice as often as possible, and note your results in the entry "Discoveries", on the "Note" page available at the end of each week, or in a separate notebook.
  • Finally, when you feel satisfied with the work accomplished, note in the entry "Summary" what you take away from this work.

Exercises

During the week, you will be invited to develop your level of mastery and awareness through the proposals that life will bring to your path. By following the integral mastery guidance and the exercises proposed below, you will be able to face your path of conscious growth, develop your innate talents, support your weaknesses, and strengthen your strengths to nourish your balance daily.

At the level of the heart and body, you can start by identifying your emotions and feelings, both positive and negative, without trying to change them. Be as honest as possible with yourself by clearly describing all your feelings aloud or in a journal, as well as the circumstances accompanying them. This will help you accept your raw emotions without having to make them digestible for others, while allowing you to honor your truth in a safe space. Use the formulations below to help you.

When I think of [describe the circumstances or source of your emotion], I feel [describe your emotion], it makes me feel [describe your feeling].
I do not like feeling this, and it worries me. I honor that.
I like feeling this way, I appreciate what it brings me. I honor that.
Here and now, I fully accept what I feel, I give myself the space to breathe in order to move forward free and happy on the divine path of my life.

At the level of the soul and mind, you will note in a notebook the habits, thought patterns, and circumstances you wish to see leave your life, then on another sheet what you wish to see enter your life. Set a simple and clear goal that warms your heart and ignites your inner fire, then determine a plan of action based on your daily habits to help you accomplish a gradual and smooth change in your life. Use the proposals below to guide you.

I wish to let go of this in my life [describe your goals].
I wish to bring this into my life [describe your goals here].
In the next phase of my life, I will make room for my dreams by letting go of my old habits [note this here], which I will replace with [note your new habits], with the aim of reaching my goal [describe your goal step by step].
Once the first step is reached, I will focus on the next by setting new simple, clear, and precise goals. There is no set date, as the finish line of my success will be identifiable by the feeling of satisfaction I will have once my goal is accomplished.

Use the proposals above to meditate on your needs and the best way to express them while honoring your nature, your truth, and your current capacity, then take action at your own pace and with discernment. Finally, note your results in the entry "Summary" of the mastery tracking sheet, then continue your work in the following weeks.
