Putting into Practice
To celebrate the true value of the service we offer to our community, this week we are invited to take stock of our life to act with good sense, using our curiosity and attentive listening to fill our life with more peace and love. This will help us redefine our boundaries by kindly prioritizing the daily necessities that require our attention, to detach ourselves from our fears. Thus, we will begin a new cycle of conscious growth, strengthened by the lessons we have received, and ready to observe each situation that enters our life as a whole before acting.
Tutorial
To put into practice the advice offered in the holistic guidance, you can start by obtaining the Integral Mastery Journal 2026, a blank notebook or a voice recorder to follow the exercises, and if you wish to have an overall view of the energies of the coming year, you can also accompany them with the Integral Mastery Guidance 2026. Once this is done, you can follow this tutorial to fill in the integral mastery journal and put into practice the exercises proposed below:
- Start by filling in the Monthly Guidance sheet, noting the summary of the month and week, indicated at the top of this article or in the integral mastery guidance 2026.
- Then fill in the Weekly Guidance sheet based on the information provided in this article, for each life plane: heart, body, soul, spirit. Summarize in the "Integral Balance" entry using the information provided for each plane.
- Once this is done, fill in the Mastery Tracking sheet, first noting in the first entry "Questions" the questions that resonate most with you in this article, or those that came to mind while reading.
- In the second entry "Inspirations", note the actions and ideas the article inspires you to carry out or implement in your life to answer these questions.
- In the third entry "Action Plan", write a list of simple actions you will be able to put in place in your life to develop your level of personal mastery based on the exercises proposed below.
- During the week, practice as often as possible and note your results in the "Discoveries" entry, in the "Note" page available at the end of each week, or in a separate notebook.
- Finally, when you feel satisfied with the work accomplished, note in the "Summary" entry what you take away from this work.
Exercises
During the week, you will be invited to develop your level of mastery and awareness through the opportunities life brings your way. By following the integral mastery guidance and the exercises proposed below, you will be able to face your path of conscious growth, develop your innate talents, support your weaknesses, and strengthen your strengths to nourish your daily balance.
On the level of heart and body, you will be able to redefine your boundaries by stepping back from distractions that disrupt your life experience, to focus on your needs and the daily necessities that require your immediate attention. Start by identifying the non-essential distractions that shake your attention, balance, or inner peace; then identify the necessities in your life that you must take care of immediately; then determine an action plan, a schedule, or a personal timing that you can respect. Fill in the key sentences below to help you assert your boundaries with tact and determination, whether with yourself or those around you.
Today, I need [note here your necessities based on your life circumstances], these people, activities, or circumstances drain me or waste my time [note the distractions that unbalance you], to redefine my boundaries I need to know that I have the right to give myself priority, so here are my priorities [note your priorities here]. This week, I set the goal to give myself priority; I know it is right for me and that I can at any time respect myself by refusing what does not suit me, postponing, or keeping my distance. I say "No" when I feel no, I say "Yes" when I feel yes, I say "Maybe" when I am unsure, I ask for a moment of reflection when I need it. This is the first boundary I establish with myself.
On the level of soul and spirit, you can use humor and mockery to help detach yourself from the weight of your thoughts, unconscious judgments, and limiting beliefs. To do this, you can start by practicing the technique of systematic doubt to detach from intrusive thoughts; as soon as you hear or think of something that stirs your anger, anxieties, or fears, that makes you want to act, silence the person, or soothe someone, be silent and ask yourself the following questions to help detach from the situation long enough to use your discernment. Then note these experiences and the lessons you draw from them in a notebook.
Does this idea, judgment, or thought belong to me? Is it true? What real impact does this experience have on my life, my identity, or my truth? If I observe the opposite idea to the one expressed and its neutral, intermediate expression, does it help me find my center? What makes me want to laugh or smile in these circumstances?
Use the above suggestions to meditate on your needs and the best way to express them while honoring your nature, your truth, and your current ability, then take action by taking your time and showing discernment. Finally, note your results in the "Summary" entry of your mastery journal, then continue your work in the following weeks.
