This month, I am invited to focus on welcoming my feelings, in order to let emotions from the past emerge, to consciously free myself from them.

Honor my individuality to evolve.

This week, on the emotional level, the rune Thurisaz invites me to enjoy my open heart and my willingness to receive love, by slowing down the pace, to fully appreciate this process of expansion. It is an invitation to savor each moment with delicacy, in order to honor the path traveled, by first offering myself this experience of love, then sharing it with others.

Today, I do not need to make a decision, I take my time, in order to regain my inner balance. Thank you!

On the physical level, the rune Nauthiz invites me to accept my apparent flaws, as one of the sources of my individuality and personal charm, in order to reclaim my image with love and compassion.

To my body: I am aware of my imperfections, and I fully accept them, because they also push me to grow, and to desire the best for myself and those I love.

On the spiritual level, the rune Othila invites me to honor the inheritances of my lineage, by making them mine, so as to adjust them to the imperatives of my time, and to align them with my personal truth.

Dear Universe, you are directly connected to the ancestral memory of all life, allow me to access current truth, help me to free myself from what is no longer right for me, and to express myself clearly, in harmony with my time, in order to embody my truth with accuracy. Thank you!

On the mental level, the rune Thurisaz invites me to reconsider my current situation with attention, by fully refocusing on what brings me joy and what works in my life, in order to free myself from the lack of what I do not already possess. I am invited to remain humble and to share my inner light with simplicity, honoring and celebrating what is already present in my life.

I accept my past and thank it for its lessons, I now turn towards the future fully aware of the present moment.
