This month, we are invited to use derision to detach ourselves from any conflicts or judgments arising from confrontations between ideas and beliefs, whose uncontrolled expression could exacerbate tensions in our relationships.
Withdraw to take stock
This week, we are invited to completely detach ourselves from our personal and professional projects in order to prioritize our personal well-being, and more particularly our mental health, by nurturing constructive thoughts that support a sense of balance in everyday life.
At the heart level, we are invited to slow down and withdraw into a space of calm and serenity that will allow us to take stock of our lives, projects, and relationships, so that we can identify what we are truly feeling before taking action.
How can I recenter myself before taking action?
At the body level, we are invited to welcome the changes that arise in our daily lives without resisting them. By withdrawing into our sacred space to honor our truth, we make room for the flow of life to move through us.
How can I allow the flow of life to pass through me?
At the soul level, we are invited to accept the difficulties we face as an opportunity for growth, allowing us to discover what we truly desire and attract people, projects, and ideas aligned with this truth.
How can I use my difficulties to grow?
At the spirit level, we are invited to take the time to observe our thoughts while detaching ourselves from judgments that do not reflect who we are, in order to return to our center and, consequently, to the most authentic expression of our truth.
How can I distinguish my true beliefs from external judgments?

Putting it into practice
To care for our mental health and support our personal well-being over the long term, we are invited to detach ourselves from drama and conflict by establishing healthy boundaries. This dynamic process, which needs to be practiced regularly, helps us see beyond our expectations, lies, and illusions by grounding our experience of reality in our feelings rather than in an external vision. This will help us regularly take stock of our relationships, develop our decision-making capacity, and actively integrate change into our lives. In this way, we allow the flow of life to move through us without resistance and consciously face our lived experience, so that we remain centered in our truth under all circumstances, because we know that prioritizing our personal needs allows us to receive what is most right for us at the most perfect time and, in this way, be present in our lives and relationships with complete honesty.
Tutorial
To put the guidance into practice, you can begin by obtaining the 2026 Integral Mastery Journal, a blank notebook, or a voice recorder to follow the exercises. If you would like an overall view of the energies of the coming year, you can also use it together with the 2026 Integral Mastery Guidance. Once this is done, you can follow this tutorial to fill in the Integral Mastery Journal and put the exercises proposed below into practice:
- At the beginning of the month, fill in the Monthly Guidance sheet by noting the summary of the month and week indicated at the top of this article or in the 2026 Integral Mastery Guidance.
- At the beginning of the week, fill in the Weekly Guidance sheet using the information provided in this article for each area of life, and summarize it in the "Integral Balance" entry.
- During the week, fill in the Mastery Tracking sheet, first noting in the first "Questions" entry the questions that resonate most with you in this article, or those that came to mind while reading it.
- Before filling in the remaining entries on this sheet, I invite you to practice the exercises indicated further down in the "Notes" sheet of your mastery journal, and record your results in the "Discoveries" entry of the Mastery Tracking sheet. When you feel satisfied with the work completed, note in the "Summary", entry what you take away from this work.
- In the second "Inspirations" entry, note the actions and ideas that the article or exercises inspire you to carry out or implement in your life in response to these questions. In the third "Action Plan" entry, make a list of simple actions that you will be able to implement in your life and that address the subjects you have managed to bring to light in your life in relation to the proposed theme.
- At the end of the month, fill in the Monthly Summary, sheet after the sheets for the current month, indicating your successes, difficulties, what you learned about yourself, and what you take away from this work to prepare for the following month.
Exercises
During the week, you will be invited to develop your level of mastery and awareness through the situations that life brings your way. By following the Integral Mastery Guidance and the exercises proposed below, you will be able to consciously face your path of growth, develop your innate talents, support your weaknesses, and strengthen your strengths in order to nurture your balance every day.
At the heart and body levels, it is important to take a pause in our sacred space, surrounded by the objects, tools, and elements that strengthen our connection to our true nature, so that we can connect with our essence through a place dedicated to the free expression of our truth, take stock of our lives and feelings, and act in alignment with ourselves at the right time. To do this, we can write in a journal based on the following prompt:
Today, I am taking a pause to take stock of my life. I would like to address the following subjects: [note here the themes, subjects, relationships, or experiences that weigh on me or have affected me and that I would like to process]. These subjects for meditation will allow me to fully feel my emotions, become aware of what happened, and take stock of my feelings so that I can act appropriately in my life. I take note of what is, my free and honest thoughts, without judgment of value or awareness. I observe, I feel, I process, I integrate!
At the soul and spirit levels, to face our reality, discover what we truly desire, and take the time to observe our thoughts in order to return to our center of balance, we can begin by describing our reality aloud without filters, or writing in a notebook what we understand and perceive about our immediate reality. This will help us recenter our attention on our experience rather than on the judgments we unconsciously project onto it, so that we can use our voice in service of expressing our truth.
How can I describe my reality, my life, and my experiences using my voice and my own language to honor my vision without compromise?
Use the prompts above to reflect on your needs and the best way to express them while honoring your nature, your truth, and your current capacity, then take action at your own pace and with discernment. Record your results in the "Summary" entry of the Mastery Tracking sheet, and continue your work in the weeks that follow.
