This week, we are invited to observe our inner shadows without judgment, using our breath to help us calmly recentre ourselves.

On the physical level, we are invited to take care of our basic needs, to gently face a major change. To identify our shadows and how they impact our body, to better welcome them, we can ask ourselves this question:

How can I find my balance in change, honoring my needs and respecting my nature?

On the spiritual level, we are invited to move forward without fear on our path of evolution; we are informed that we are perfectly aligned with our truth. To identify the shadows that might limit our appreciation of our path, we can ask ourselves this question:

How can I now celebrate my life, and enjoy the beauty that is offered to me?

On the mental level, we are invited to take a step back from our life circumstances before making decisions, in order to preserve our energies and act with discernment. To identify the shadows that might influence us, we can ask ourselves this question:

How can I slow down and observe the different options available to me in this situation, to decide what truly suits me before acting?

On the emotional level, we are invited to take a pause, to enjoy the peace we feel in our heart when we prioritize our personal well-being, by stopping taking on the weight of external dramas that do not concern us.

How can I let go of the need to solve others' problems, to honor my sensitivity and deeply recharge?
